Shipping & Returns

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make arrangements to facilitate a quick return. The standard shipping charges for the replacement item will be free. MLALLI.com accept any item at regular price that has not been washed, worn or manufacturing defect within 30 days after the date of purchase on production of original receipt. Hygienic bands and labels must be attached to the item again.

Reimbursement for items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase will be made in the original form of payment.

Any article MLALLI purchased at other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to place of purchase and is subject to the return of the store in question.
Just follow these instructions to make a return:

1. Please contact Customer Service by email at Info@ MLalli.com indicating the number of your order MLALLI.com, a description of the item you want to return and the reason for return. Please advise our representatives of customer service that you are a customer of MLALLI.com resident in Canada.

2. According to returned items, we will tell you the exact value of the refund you receive. You will be entitled to the full amount of the article, to taxes and applicable fees, less handling charges, brokerage (if applicable) of the return.

3. MLALLI.com will tell you the address of the return center in Canada.

4. Clearly indicate our address as the addressee on the package label. When returning items to MLALLI.com, pack the items and send them to the address provided against Returns will be refused.

5. Insert the returned items and a copy of packing list in the original parcel. Please include all packaging materials.

6. Bring the package in a carrier, the post office or drop it from a carrier authorized to return to our Canadian address. You can also choose to insure your parcel for the total items.

7. Once received at our returns center, reimbursement will be paid once your package is received and processed, usually within 14 to 30 working days after dispatch.

8. Because of the different credit card companies, time to onset of refund on your monthly statement will vary. The refund may take one to two billing cycles before appearing on your statement.

NOTE: All online purchases MUST be returned by mail to MLALLI.com. They may NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES be exchanged or returned at a store selling products of LALLI. Refunds are processed once the items received. Refunds are granted according to the amount indicated on the original receipt, including taxes and applicable fees. Shipping charges are not refunded. The refund will be issued upon return of the credit card used when purchasing. The refund may take one to two billing cycles before appearing on your statement.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns without a receipt.
